Assistant Manager (Sales)

Job Description:

Operational

  • To achieve sales targets
  • Obtain profitable sales by implementing the decided strategy and selling skills
  • Generate leads and enquiries
  • Work with architects / consultants to incorporate specifications in the projects
  • Prepare and present organization capabilities and product solutions to stake holders of the project(s)
  • Finalize orders and contractual conditions including payment terms
  • Assist the sales manager in business development
  • Prepare reports of sales enquiries, customer visits and provide data for MIS
  • Prepare competitive analysis
  • Monitor market and competition movements
  • Establish relationship with the architects, consultants and end customers to generate more business in the assigned area / territory
  • Maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly enquiries generation and record them
  • Win / Loss analysis
