Job Description:
Operational
- To achieve sales targets
- Obtain profitable sales by implementing the decided strategy and selling skills
- Generate leads and enquiries
- Work with architects / consultants to incorporate specifications in the projects
- Prepare and present organization capabilities and product solutions to stake holders of the project(s)
- Finalize orders and contractual conditions including payment terms
- Assist the sales manager in business development
- Prepare reports of sales enquiries, customer visits and provide data for MIS
- Prepare competitive analysis
- Monitor market and competition movements
- Establish relationship with the architects, consultants and end customers to generate more business in the assigned area / territory
- Maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly enquiries generation and record them
- Win / Loss analysis
