Assistant Manager (Project)

Job Description:

  • Candidate should have experience to plan all project sites / manpower planning
  • Monitor / control – time, cost, manpower, overall projects
  • Maintain discipline, scheduling, monitoring team, getting daily / weekly feedback
  • Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and maintaining the assigned projects to team leader
  • Overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plan personal performance) & report regularly
  • Nature of client with your best attitude & approach
  • Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implement on time
  • Annual program and budged preparation
  • Department focus point for all HR related recruitment job evaluation, manpower planning
